Realzent is a software platform for real-estate professionals. It does not provide legal, taxation, regulatory, investment, valuation, brokerage, or financial advice. Any insight, summary, score, draft agreement, GST calculation, TDS deduction, or AI-generated output is provided for informational and operational convenience only and must not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals (advocates, chartered accountants, RERA consultants, registered valuers, or licensed brokers, as applicable). You are responsible for obtaining independent professional advice before acting on any output of the Service.

3. RERA, regulatory and market data

RERA Intelligence and similar features aggregate information from public web sources, including third-party AI search providers. This data may be inaccurate or stale. Always verify the status of a project, builder, or transaction on the official RERA portal of the relevant state before recommending it to a client or making a transaction decision. We are not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on aggregated data.

4. Commission agreements and e-signatures

The Commission Agreement template and digital-signature feature are provided for convenience. The template is a generic baseline and may not be suitable for every transaction, jurisdiction, builder, or stamp-duty regime. You should review and customise it with legal counsel before execution. Electronic signatures captured via the Service rely on the Information Technology Act, 2000 — their evidentiary value in any given dispute will depend on the specific facts and is for the relevant court to determine.

5. Communications you send

The Service enables you to send WhatsApp, SMS, and email communications to your leads, clients, and contacts. You are solely responsible for ensuring that every such communication complies with applicable telecom, anti-spam, and data-protection law, including TRAI regulations, the DPDP Act, the Indian Telecommunications Act, and platform-specific policies (WhatsApp Business Solution Terms, Twilio AUP, etc.). Realzent is a tool — not the sender — and we accept no liability for misuse.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Razorpay (payments), Cloudflare (CDN, security), WhatsApp Business API, Twilio (SMS), Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Perplexity (AI), Bunny Fonts (typography), and others. Availability, accuracy, pricing, and policies of those services are determined by the respective provider. We are not responsible for outages, defects, or changes in third-party services.

Realzent may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We do not endorse, control, or guarantee the content of external sites and accept no liability for them. Your use of any external link is at your own risk.

8. Service availability

We do our best to keep the Service available 24×7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or uninterruptible access. Planned maintenance, security patches, third-party outages, or force majeure events may cause downtime. We are not liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability.

Any forward-looking statements on marketing pages, blog posts, or roadmap discussions (about upcoming features, plans, partnerships, or business outlook) reflect our intent at the time of writing. They are not guarantees and may change without notice.
