Refund Policy

Realzent operates on a strict no-refund basis for subscription fees once paid. This page explains why, and the limited circumstances in which a refund may nonetheless be considered. Before subscribing, please use the 14-day free trial to evaluate the Service.

1. General rule — no refunds

Subscription fees, top-up charges, and one-time add-on payments to Realzent are non-refundable, whether paid monthly or annually, partially used or unused, cancelled mid-cycle, or otherwise. Once a payment is captured by our payment gateway (Razorpay), it cannot be reversed except in the limited circumstances described in Section 3.

We will consider a refund only in the following exceptional cases:

Duplicate or accidental charge — the payment gateway charged you twice for the same plan / cycle. Full refund of the duplicate charge.
Charge after cancellation — you cancelled before the renewal date but were still charged due to a technical error on our side. Full refund of the erroneously billed cycle.
Material service failure — the Service was substantially unavailable for more than 72 continuous hours due to our fault (excluding scheduled maintenance, force majeure, or third-party outages), and you were unable to use a paid feature you specifically depend on. Pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period, at our discretion.
Fraudulent or unauthorised charge — your card was used without your authorisation to subscribe to Realzent. Refund after investigation and verification.
What does NOT qualify for a refund: changing your mind after paying; deciding the product is not a fit; insufficient time spent learning the product; feature requests we have not built; downgrades within a billing cycle; third-party outages (Razorpay, Cloudflare, WhatsApp, AI providers); your local internet or device issues; account suspension or termination due to your breach of the Terms of Service.

4. How to request a refund

  1. Write to our Grievance Officer at [email protected] with subject “Refund Request — Realzent”, within 7 calendar days of the disputed charge.
  2. Include: your registered email, business name, invoice number(s), transaction date(s), and a clear description of the issue.
  3. We will acknowledge within 72 hours and investigate. Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to the same payment method within 7–14 business days. Bank-side credit may take longer to reflect.

5. Cancellation vs refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals — it does not refund payments already made. See the Cancellation Policy for how to cancel and what happens after.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment-dispute claim with your bank or card issuer without first contacting our Grievance Officer, we reserve the right to suspend your Account pending resolution. We may share the contact-form / email evidence with the bank to defend the chargeback.

7. Free trial

The 14-day free trial is not a paid product; no refund is applicable because no payment is made during the trial.

8. Statutory rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any statutory right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable Indian law.
